3Sixty Dance and Fitness offers pole dancing fitness classes, and pole parties for any occasion! Pole dancing is a fun way to get a great workout. Pole dancing consists of floor moves, transitions, and tricks. It targets abdominals, shoulders, arms, back, legs, and buttocks for a full body workout. Classes include floor work for strength, flexibility and sensual movement. Each class will develop a basic routine, incorporating floor work, transition moves, and tricks. Classes are designed to suit any fitness level and body type.
