Kailey Mireault studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Last year she graduated from their extensive program as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). Through her studies she has kept a focus on preventative health care through good nutrition. As North Americans, we are raised on Conventional Medicine which doesn't emphasize the importance of eating good quality, fresh, nutritional foods. With the availability and variety of modified foods found at the grocery stores these days, it’s sometimes hard to tell what it all means. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Kailey’s goal is to provide her patients with knowledge regarding all types of foods so they can make both educated and balanced dietary choices. She offers personalized diet and lifestyle programs to optimize immunity, prevent disease and to improve overall vitality.
Kailey also manages the GNC in the Kanata Centrum. She has been providing her customers with nutritional and supplemental advice for over six years now.
Kailey is currently extending her education in the Advanced Nutrition graduate program at CSNN.
